Organizational Affiliation: affiliated with the agency of the university.

The general objective: provide all office services to the university's higher committees and support the permanent committees in their work and effectiveness.

Mission:

  •  Preparing plans for the unit’s activities and following up on implementation after approval.
  • Preparing agendas for the University Council meetings.
  •  Preparing the minutes of the University Council meetings and handling them for the members to sign.
  • Developing and designing meeting minutes and coordinating with the chairpersons of committees in this regard.
  •  Building a database of information about the high Commission work (name of the committee, members, and the date of termination).
  • Receiving the minutes of the permanent committees and ensuring that they meet the formal rules to prepare the disbursement procedures.
  • • Exceeding the permissible limit of the member’s number in one financial year, according to the exchange regulations.
  • • Notify the committee chairman and authorized person when the period ends.
  •  Evaluate the work of the committees and inform the vice president about ineffective committees.
  • Ensure that all eligible employees are allowed to participate in committee membership.
  • Keeping a copy of the committees' minutes and coordinating with the financial affairs regarding the disbursement of members' bonuses.
  •  Participate in determining the unit's resources, equipment and materials needs and follow up on their provision.
  • Participate in determining the training needs of the unit's employees to nominate them for the appropriate training programs.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities and achievements and suggestions for developing its performance.
  • • Any other tasks assigned to it within its competence.
