The University Vice Presidency has an essential role in achieving the university’s goals and Strategic Plan. It is committed to providing a positive and stimulating atmosphere for creativity and excellence in terms of educational outcomes and orientation towards a knowledge economy;  to graduate distinguished pioneering generations that meet the labor market’s needs and requirements. Improving education quality and developing plans, activities, and performance, in line with local and international standards, based on scientific evidence, are among the most critical priorities of the university. For this reason, it is necessary to ensure the output quality of the educational process by offering programs that meet the standards of local and international accreditation. In order to achieve participation and exchange of experiences, the university seeks to achieve great interaction with the local community, so it has an imprint in providing services and consultations to the community. We work effectively to achieve this by focusing on performance and creative activities that support bridges of communication between the community and the university. The university contributes to the development of student capabilities by expanding the education circle to include learning through extracurricular activities and community service, to help the student to develop cognitive skills, personal qualities.

The university seeks to implement the concept of electronic management in its most comprehensive sense; so that work procedures are done electronically, including internal transactions between university employees, appointment, registration, e-learning, and communication through modern programs.

This reflects positively on employees’ performance in terms of speed, ease of completion, and quality.
