General objective: Improving the performance of administrative and financial processes and procedures and making them more reliable, quality and less costly, enhancing the immediate response and providing real-time data easily and accurately.

Mission

• Preparing plans for the unit's activities and following up on their implementation after approval.

• Keeping track of all sub-systems schedules.

• Streamlining work procedures in the university.

• Suggesting the names of development team leaders and managing the participation and interactions between the leaders of the teams supervising the different systems.

• Provide the necessary training to employees on using ERP technology and systems.

• Provide advice and solutions to all users about the system and its uses.

• Explain the details of the system, engage users, take their opinions, and work to improve the system to avoid resistance to change.

• Defining performance indicators for all unit’s activities and developing them continuously after approval.

• Determining the unit's human resources, equipment and materials needs and following up on their provision.

• Identifying the unit’s staff’s training needs and nominating them for appropriate training programmes.

  • Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities and achievements and suggestions for developing its performance.

• Any other tasks assigned to it within its competence.
