The general objective: 

to provide advisory services to the vice presidency of the university in the administrative, financial and technical disciplines.

Mission:

• Preparing plans for the office's activities and following up on their implementation after approval.

• Facilitating the consultants' task in obtaining data and information from the concerned units.

• Receiving, printing, organizing and outputting reports prepared by consultants to introduce them to the vice-rector.

• Follow up on the consultants' contracts and inform the vice president about any updates.

• Coordinating visits and making necessary consultant reservations with the relevant units.

• Presenting the evaluation results of the advisors' performance and submitting a performance report to the Vice-president.

• Disbursement of consultant bonuses and follow-up of all financial matters with the Finance Department.

• Determining and providing the office's human resources, equipment and materials needs.

• Determine the office staff’s training needs and nominate them for appropriate training programmes.

• Preparing periodic reports on the office's activities, achievements, and proposals for developing its performance.

• Any other tasks assigned to it within its competence.
