Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the digital transformation process at the university.  
- Ensure full coordination among all internal university entities regarding technology operations, digital transformation efforts, and the automation of operations and procedures.  
- Apply the national methodology for corporate structure.  
- Prepare continuous improvement plans for the four components of institutional structures: business, applications, data, and technology.  
- Gather and manage the requirements and needs of the university's internal entities to ensure integration of digital transformation outputs, in coordination with relevant parties.  
- Manage agile changes in digital transformation requirements and business needs.  
- Monitor relevant systems, legislation, and laws, assessing their application and the impact of digital transformation. Develop necessary strategies to align with state requirements, directions, and regulations.  
- Prepare continuous improvement reports to achieve exceptional performance in digital transformation indicators set by the Digital Government Authority.  

Organizational Structure
The office is organizationally linked to the Vice President of the University and the Vice President of the Permanent Committee for Electronic Transactions. It collaborates with the Information Technology Department, the Cybersecurity Department, and the University’s Spending Efficiency Office. The office leads the digital transformation process and ensures progress in all indicators established by relevant authorities to measure the maturity of digital transformation.  

The office is working to adopt a framework for developing strategic planning tools for information technology projects at the university, within a unified framework that includes a set of tools and guiding models.
