General objective:
develop women's capabilities and empower them in the workplace while informing them of their rights under the Islamic faith and the laws of Saudi Arabia.
Missions:
- Executing authorized plans and programs.
- Enforcing regulations and instructions pertaining to the advancement of women in the local community.
- Empowering women in community development and promoting successful family dynamics through initiatives such as hosting events and offering training courses.
- Adopting initiatives that contribute to women's participation in local and municipal associations and councils, and social development committees
- Contributing to the development of women's skills by presenting developmental proposals and initiatives.
- Fostering innovative ideas and proposals related to women's development in both the university and broader society, assessing them accordingly.
- Producing informative materials like documentaries and educational products to raise awareness about women's development.
- Developing and delivering tailored training programs for various groups of women, including leaders, working mothers, and those with disabilities, in collaboration with relevant organizational units.
- Assisting in identifying the unit's human resource and equipment requirements, then monitoring their procurement.
- Identifying training needs of female employees within the unit and recommending appropriate training programs.
- Preparing regular reports on the office's activities, achievements, and proposals for enhancing its efficiency.
- Undertaking additional tasks deemed within the scope of their competency.
