The second priority initiatives included (6) initiatives, which were as follows:

1. Conduct a feasibility study on enhancing health services in the Northern Borders region.
2. Develop general policies and procedures to help achieve the university's goals.
3. Establish policies and automate the employee promotion system.
4. Create a plan for generating new job opportunities.
5. Improve the vehicle and fuel management system.
6. Analyze the current state of technology at the university.
7. Implementation of priority initiative No. (2) will begin on August 29, 2021.
